In this senior-level position, you are critical in resolving technical issues faced by clinical teams in the field. You will need to maintain advanced knowledge of the Globe® PF System, particularly electrical and software aspects, while also refining support structures. Engage with product designers to facilitate seamless launches and ensure your troubleshooting knowledge base remains comprehensive.
