The role
This role owns the technical and analytical backbone of MPB's organic search programme across UK, US and European markets. This role is the team's primary authority on technical SEO, organic data infrastructure, and organic performance analysis ensuring search quality, crawl health, and measurement rigour are maintained at scale, while operating as a trusted deputy to the Head of Organic Growth.
What you will be doing
Own the technical SEO programme end-to-end: crawl architecture, indexation strategy, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site health monitoring across all MPB markets.
