**Senior Technical Program Manager**
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Manages cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs
+ Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
+ Maintains a perspective on impact of changes required for implementation
+ Lead development and documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance of technical and regulatory solutions
+ Defines scope for complex, cross-team projects with high impact
+ Leads coordination efforts with some leadership support of Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements
+ Often exceeds purpose and quality requirements
+ Has positive impact to specific organizational entities & understands nature of impact

+ Demonstrates understanding of how technology supports Manulife's strategy
+ Strong detail orientation
