Job Brief

• Independently lead technical discovery and solutioning workshops, focusing on AI-powered HRMS and enterprise solution
• Design and deliver custom demos showcasing agentic AI workflows, RAG search capabilities, and integration with Darwinbox and third‑party systems
• Serve as a trusted advisor for AI solution architecture, bridging client requirements with Darwinbox’s evolving AI capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with client IT and business stakeholders to map requirements for agentic AI, RAG search, and LLM‑powered automation
• Architect and document AI‑driven integration blueprints, including data flow, middleware, and security for RAG and agentic systems
• Identify technical risks and readiness for AI adoption, recommending best‑fit solutions and platforms
