The Senior Technical Order Management role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and monitoring of complex customer orders involving technical products and systems. This role serves as the key interface between Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Business and Sales Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer-specific configurations and project-based orders. The candidate will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, resolving order-related issues, and continuously improving order processing workflows specially supporting North-America region from Munich.
