Job Description
SoC Program manager oversees the end-to-end development of semiconductor chips (ASIC/SoC), driving projects from architecture specification to tape-out and silicon validation. They align cross-functional engineering teams (RTL, Physical Design, Verification) to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include risk mitigation, resource constraints, and milestone tracking.
Program Planning & Execution: Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Manage the full silicon lifecycle—from RTL design/architecture through verification to tape-out and post-silicon validation.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate efforts between RTL design, verification, physical design, and DFT teams to ensure smooth hand-offs.
Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, devise mitigation plans, and resolve technical or resource bottlenecks.
