Senior Technical Advisor-Health Programs

Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Advisor – Health Programs will provide strategic technical leadership, monitoring, and support for the design and implementation of integrated, life-saving HIV, TB, and broader health service delivery strategies under the EpiC project in Uganda. S/he will strengthen a whole-systems approach by supporting capacity building of project partners, optimizing service integration across the continuum of care, and ensuring high-quality, coordinated technical performance. S/he will be responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality technical outputs within budget, while supervising technical teams to achieve program objectives. The role will also lead and contribute to technical engagements with key stakeholders, including donors, the Government of Uganda ministries, and technical working groups, to advance integrated, sustainable health system outcomes.
