We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Tech Specialist.
Role purpose
A Senior Tech Specialist (MQ Specialist) role combines business‑critical technology with genuine modernisation: you’ll work with IBM MQ on mission‑critical platforms (z/OS, Linux, IBM i and/or NonStop), where your work has a direct impact on service continuity and the customer experience. It offers a well‑rounded technical challenge by bringing together automation and “operations as code”, observability/AIOps, and practical cyber security (patching, CVE remediation, hardening, and TLS), enabling you to reduce incidents and eliminate repetitive work through measurable improvements.
