Responsibilities

• People: Create a positive team experience, provide process guidance and instructions to junior staff, identify and facilitate training needs, conduct training for new hires, guide new hires through EDI EFT reviews and sign-offs during the compliance cycle, assist in return preparation, ensure timely delivery and quality standards, review online filings of tax returns and EDI/EFTs, track errors while reviewing return preparations and filing, drive internal and external debrief calls, coordinate with Tax Specialists, circulate meeting minutes, assist Tax Associates with logging notices and voicemails, provide trainings and assignments without missing turnaround time.
