Position Summary: The Senior Talent Partner plays a critical role in shaping the organisation’s talent strategy, leadership pipeline, and capability development, partnering closely with the Head of People (Capital A) and business leaders. This role is anchored on Talent Management and Learning & Development, ensuring the organisation builds, develops, and retains high-performing, future-ready talent. In parallel, the role maintains strong ownership of end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the business continues to attract high-quality talent aligned with its growth and transformation agenda.
