Role

Senior Talent Partner (Sales & Professional Services) – 6‑month contract in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to hire go‑to‑market talent and sales professionals who manage complex enterprise deals, often selling directly to CFOs and finance leaders.
  • Build and iterate hiring processes to scale with speed and quality.
  • Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
  • Identify and experiment with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.
  • Recruit for sales & professional services roles in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Recruit in the U.S. market, collaborating with senior sales leadership in high‑growth environments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales roles.
  • Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Solutions Sales, and Product.
