Senior talent acquisition specialist

We are looking for an experienced bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives across Mexico and the United States, primarily for manufacturing and industrial operations. This is a 12-month assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leads the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, leadership, and management-level positions. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Recruit primarily for positions in Mexico, with occasional openings in U. S.
