Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Product Systems Senior Specialist is an expert in the recruitment HR product area, specifically Workday Recruitment, Paradox and Hiredscore , accountable for the requirements gathering, solution design, coordination of the configuration and deployment with other system teams or third parties, and the implementation and adoption of the solution.
The Talent Acquisition Product Systems Senior Specialist works closely with functional SMEs and Process Owners to understand business operations, analyze technology issues and identify improvement opportunities, which then are translated into technology solution designs based on tooling and market best practices
