Senior Support Worker – Lead Care & Team Support

Minstead Trust is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join the Poole Supported Living team. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities. You will work closely with the Team Manager to ensure exceptional standards of care.
