Senior Support Worker – Fleet

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver tailored emotional, practical, and housing-related support to clients
• Manage referrals, including interviewing and risk assessing new clients
• Develop and review personalised support plans and risk assessments
• Support clients to maintain tenancies and access welfare, health, and external services
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
• Assist in managing rent, arrears, and tenancy compliance
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance data
