About the Service
St Agnells is an 8‑bed residential care home that supports adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, dementia, epilepsy and other complex care needs. The home promotes independence, choice and wellbeing through tailored, person‑centred support. Five residents are wheelchair users and require hoisting, feeding assistance and help with day‑to‑day activities; two residents are able to walk independently; one uses walking aids. St Agnells offers a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with free parking on site for staff.
