Senior Supplier Quality Engineer - Wafer Fab Excellence

Power Integrations is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to lead technical quality with wafer fabs and foundries. You will manage supplier quality strategies, drive CAPAs, and oversee BEOL/FEOL process quality, metrology, and defect management across a global wafer supply base.

The role requires deep FEOL/BEOL knowledge, strong SPC/DOE/FMEA experience, and a proven track record interfacing with external foundries to ensure reliable, high‑quality semiconductor production.
