Your Job
- Molex is seeking a Sr. Supplier Engineer to join our Molex Taiwan plant (CSBU). In this role the successful candidate will be part of a QA engineering team, contributing to the development of suppliers and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for Supplier Management and creating and maintaining SAP data, estimating new supplier audit and implementing supplier score card, estimating incoming inspection time and planning standard inspection plan.

Supplier Development & Qualification
Evaluate and audit new suppliers’ quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
Lead supplier audits to ensure capability to meet company quality standards
