Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead and supervise daily D-Center manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of machining and welding activities. Manage, coach, and develop a team of welders, machinists, and operational staff to achieve departmental and business objectives. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization. Monitor and drive performance against key operational metrics including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. Investigate production and quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
