Market Securities Group is looking for a Senior Structured Products Sales professional to lead the build-up and expansion of our Iberia / LATAM franchise .

Your Role :

• Lead & Grow: Lead the development of our Iberia and LATAM franchise.
• Client Management: Leverage and further develop an existing portfolio of institutional and private clients (Private Banks, EAMs, Asset Managers).
• Execution: Originate, structure, and distribute bespoke cross-asset structured products.
• Ownership: Take full ownership of client relationships, revenue generation, and long-term strategy for your region.
