Responsibilities

• Structural design and drafting for residential and small commercial projects.
• Preparation and delivery of structural reports and design calculations.
• Site inspections, surveys and assessment of existing and listed buildings.
• Provision of technical recommendations and support to clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of solid building design experience.
• Good technical problem‑solving skills and excellent communication.
• Ambition to achieve Chartered status if not already attained – support will be provided.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
