- To lead structural design projects, from initial concept through detailed design and construction
- To ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- To coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate designs into projects
- To develop detailed structural design calculations and drawings for various types of projects
- To provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 6 years of Experience in Structural Design and Analysis for large-scale Structures
- Experience in designing industrial buildings, such as a Manufacturer or factory
- Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, emails, reports, and documents)
