Senior Strategy & Programs Lead — Reimbursement & Pharmacy

Carrot is seeking a Sr. Strategic Programs Manager in the UAE to shape fertility reimbursement and pharmacy solutions. You will own Carrot Rx operations, lead partnerships, pricing, governance, and scalable reimbursement capabilities, collaborating with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive growth and value.

You will develop data-driven strategies, manage payer relationships, and optimize costs while delivering outstanding member experiences and strategic payer partnerships.
