Senior Staff Red Team Engineer – AI Cloud Security

Nscale is looking for a Senior Staff Security Engineer to lead offensive security and adversary simulation efforts. This role requires 8+ years of experience in red teaming, strong expertise in network, application, cloud, and identity security and a deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

You will work closely with Detection & Response and Security Engineering teams to simulate real-world attacks, validate security capabilities, and improve defenses. The position offers a competitive salary range from $175,000 to $225,000 USD along with a comprehensive benefits package.
