Senior Staff Engineer Unit Process Development Molding

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across internally (business division, segments or departments) and externally (equipment suppliers) to generate or update technical documentation (purchase specification template, master FMEA) requirement for material to develop stable unit process for manufacturing.
• Coordinate internally across segment development, operation, frontend technology, and business line on unit process roadmap review and updates for Back End Technology Roadmap focusing on molding equipment.
• Serve as Technical Lead / Coach for specific unit process development projects or Back End Technical Field of knowledge projects within the job scope.
• Provide production support for segment operation or business units in terms of critical production stabilization topics related to unit process technical field of knowledge.
