Job Description
1.Handle the hot issues / customer escalation issues of electrical component for application related cases, quick response and communicate with supplier and cross function team, able to communicate with customer
2. Lead problem solving with CPE/EE/SDE and supplier FAE/EE for application or design issue, push supplier root cause / improvements / risk assessment.
3. Summarize those application or design issue lessons learnt and look across supplier to supplier, and to EE/CPE as well
4. Analysis and Review supplier responsiveness / reporting related data, improve supplier 8D report complete cycle time
5. Review the supplier score card and work with TPS supplier for QIP improvements, response for Monthly TPS supplier day, review the supplier quality data and report, driving supplier improvements
6. To have the regular review with EE team for new project to minimize the application issues
