Program Delivery & Management
Lead the end-to-end employee experience for group benefits, international and retirement plans, ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and a supportive employee journey. This includes program enrollment, life cycle changes, leave of absence and processing of program payroll contribution.Engage effectively with diverse internal and external contacts on program matters, using strong judgment to proactively identify and resolve complex program matters.Ensure program documentation, resources, and employee-facing tools are accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate.Develop and maintain reporting that provides clear, actionable insights for leadership. Review and integrate audit controls to ensure risk mitigation and accurate program management Process Improvement, Innovation & Employee Experience
