Senior Specialist, Commercial Education & Blended Learning

On is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist - Commercial Education to own the creation and delivery of training programs across our sports verticals. You will collaborate with brand, innovation, product, and retail teams to build a comprehensive learning experience that aligns with On’s brand and product vision.

You will design and deliver blended learning programs using LMS, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops, while leveraging instructional design best practices and analytics to drive
