POSITION SUMMARY
Completes payments and controls expenses including but not limited to, receiving, processing, verifying, and reporting of expenditures for payment. Implement and coordinate accounts payable processes; analyze reports, KPIs and follow legislative and internal policies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Serve as the primary contact for European Brands accounts payable activity; maintain strong relationships with third party vendorsComplete treasury functions related to ACH, checks and wires including but not limited to preparing ACH and weekly check runs; processing and auditing ACH, checks, wires, and commissions; upload to bank and print in house checksReceive, verify, audit and analyze tax applicationsComplete proper vendor accrual for items which have not been invoiced or received; collaborate with responsible personnel(s) for review; process payments for assigned accountsReview and acti...
