Job Description
Our well established client in Randburg is looking to employ a Senior Special Interest Groups Consultant to attend to travel bookings.
Minimum requirements Grade 12 or alternative NQF 4 qualification
Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4 qualification
Diploma in Tourism Management
Min 8 years Travel consultant background (An advantage)
Strong product knowledge covering Southern Africa (Essential)
Experience in participating in costing and operating costs
Prior experience in a consultant (An advantage)
Exposure with the American, United Kingdom, European and Australasian markets
Excellent relationship building skills
Team- work and be able autonomous when required Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Reservations team to convert bookings
Matching experiences to guests’ profile / sourcing new and different experiences and driving them into the business
Assist the reservations team in a consultative manner along with agents and ...
