Senior Solutions Architect

Role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the definition and ongoing stewardship of the technical solution architecture for complex, programme‑delivered maritime autonomous systems. This role will combine:

• Solution‑level architecture ownership (translating outcomes and requirements into structured, decomposed architectures)
• Cross‑functional technical coordination with engineering teams, product leadership, suppliers, and delivery programmes
• Hands‑on architectural support throughout delivery, managing technical risk, integration challenges, and system coherence

You will ensure that multi‑component, multi‑vendor solutions come together as a coherent whole, maintaining architectural integrity while supporting the practical realities of live programme delivery.
