The Senior Solution Designer at Deployment and Enablement leads the design of scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance digital experiences and business process efficiency. The role ensures alignment between business objectives, existing platforms, and ServiceNow-based solutions, including the Network Deployment Support System (NDSS). Working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, testers, and reporting teams, the role drives solution design, process improvement, and adherence to technical and functional standards.
