Senior Software Engineer II (Ruby on Rails)

Seismic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer II to join our Learning Engineering team , responsible for building and scaling products that deliver personalised learning, coaching, and enablement experiences for customers worldwide.

In this role, you will help design, build, and modernise cloud-native applications that power Seismic's learning platform. You will work on complex technical challenges involving system design, software architecture, distributed systems, AI-powered capabilities, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices . While experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails is valuable, we are primarily looking for exceptional engineers with strong architectural thinking, cloud expertise, and the ability to quickly learn and contribute across technology stacks.
