Senior Software Engineer, Billing at StackAdapt

About the Role

Senior individual contributor on the Billing team responsible for building and maintaining billing infrastructure, payment gateway integrations, invoicing and tax systems for StackAdapt's platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and debug complex scalable backend systems.
• Optimize system performance and address bottlenecks.
• Participate in technical planning, architecture, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Own projects end-to-end and conduct technical interviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years building high-performance web applications.
• Experience with backend technologies and relational databases.
• Knowledge of React, TypeScript, GraphQL and Go preferred.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a bonus.
