Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Social Worker for its client’s Child in Need in Hounslow.
What will your responsibilities be?
Carry out Child in Need assessments to determine the level of support required.Develop and implement Child in Need plans in collaboration with families and professionals.Coordinate services such as housing, education, and health to meet the child’s needs.Monitor progress and review plans regularly to ensure effectiveness.Work with children who may be disabled, young carers, homeless, or affected by parental issues (e.g. imprisonment, substance misuse).Promote the child’s welfare while supporting family stability.Engage with families on a voluntary basis, unless safeguarding concerns arise....
