Senior SMT Process Engineer – Innovation & Automation

Infineon Technologies AG in Malacca City is looking for a professional with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years’ experience in SMT or PCBA manufacturing. The role focuses on troubleshooting and enhancing processes to ensure high-quality electronics manufacturing.
