In this pivotal role, you will ensure clients experience seamless onboarding on a cutting-edge SaaS platform. You’ll address client-specific needs, drive automation through Infrastructure as Code, and manage incident handling to meet SLAs effectively. Your leadership in design workshops will also foster collaboration among key stakeholders.
