O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Site Manager to oversee a live housing development in Torquay.
This opportunity requires a capable and confident No.1 Site Manager who can take ownership of an active residential scheme consisting of 30+ units in build sequence . The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering quality housing developments and be equally comfortable managing both Timber Frame and Traditional Build construction methods.
