Senior Site Manager

What you'll be doing?

Within the Construction environment, you’ll be buying materials, managing large projects, ensuring health and safety and providing customer service. Our team is currently working on around 400 developments across the UK, each with unique challenges – from brownfield sites to adapting former factories and hospitals.

Responsible to the Contracts Manager, you will manage the construction of a development, including all associated pre‑ and post‑housebuilding works, ensuring that health and safety, delivery, quality, customer care and cost targets are met.

You will be expected to:

• Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards, NHBC standards, building regulations and overall quality standards.
• Coordinate labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme, proactively scheduling trades to optimise delivery.
• Manage material levels to maintain sufficient stock without excess.
