Job Purpose
The role is responsible for leading the architectural site supervision and technical coordination for the Oman Cultural Complex, ensuring that the high-specification design—spanning the National Theatre, Library, and Museum is translated into a physical landmark with zero compromise on aesthetic quality, technical integrity, or statutory compliance.
Core Responsibilities- Ensure the Design-Build contractor adheres strictly to the approved architectural vision, particularly regarding complex geometries and high-end finishes across the three major institutions.
- Lead the review and approval of on-site mock-ups (Façade, Interior Fit-out, Joinery). Ensure that materials used for the Museum and Theatre meet the Luxury/Prestige standards of the project.
