Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/CSM & Portals, Remote

Nordic Consulting is seeking a senior ServiceNow professional to configure, customize, maintain, and administer our ServiceNow platform. You will partner with internal stakeholders and clients to design and implement Configurable Workspace apps, workflows, dashboards, reports, and portals to optimize business processes.

Day-to-day duties include upgrades, environment syncing, testing support, system documentation, and handling incidents and changes.
