Job Description
Enhance asset governance as a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst for a major municipal client in Toronto. This hybrid position focuses on defining requirements for Software and Hardware Asset Management.
You will leverage over 10 years of experience in ServiceNow projects to document and tailor requirements for Contract Management, SAM, and HAM processes. Collaborating with procurement, compliance, and IT stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency and compliance in a large multi-department organization.
