As a CMDB specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Monitor and ensure the performance and health of the ServiceNow instance
- Review and optimize configurations (CIs, attributes, workflows, groups)
- Prepare the CMDB to support efficient ITSM processes
- Automate processes and propose continuous improvements
- Manage access (roles, users, and permissions)
- Implement updates and manage deployments across environments
- Create reports, notifications, and data import templates
- Resolve technical incidents and provide daily support
- Produce technical documentation and train users
