Senior Service Designer (ServiceNow) | Remote & Flexible

Datacom in Wellington seeks a Senior Service Designer to translate the Future of Service Delivery vision into scalable, operable service experiences. You will shape customer journeys and operating processes for adoption across NZ and AU, using ServiceNow for implementation.

You will facilitate workshops, co-design sessions and interviews with product teams, process owners, delivery teams and operations to deliver end-to-end services and artefacts that drive adoption and continuous improvement.
