Required Skills:

Governance & Policy Lifecycle Management, understand policy vs standards vs SWI's, Risk Management, Conduct Risks assessment, Control Mapping, Compliance Regulatory requirements – NERC, PCI, TSA, SOX, GDPR Security Frameworks - NIST CSF, Risk Management, ISO aligned controls GRC Tools like ServiceNow, SAP GRC Proficient in writing technical policies and standards, strong communication to translate and interpret technical security environments
