As part of an AI POD, you'll drive Agile methodologies and manage backlogs, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. You will coach team members on adaptability and continuous improvement within a traditional enterprise culture, while also tackling unique delivery challenges in AI and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Partner with the Product Owner on AI-focused backlogs
