Job Description
Flychem is building a world-class liposomal delivery platform — and we're looking for the scientist to lead it. You'll own it end to end: design the formulations, master the process, hit world-class specs, and scale from bench to production.
What you'll do
Lead formulation development of liposomal and encapsulated actives
Master the process: microfluidic forming, high-pressure homogenisation, TFF
Own the specs — particle size, PDI, zeta, encapsulation efficiency, stability
Scale bench → pilot → production, and lead tech-transfer
What you bring
Ph D / M. Pharm / M. Tech (Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related)
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in liposomes / lipid nanoparticles / nanoencapsulation
Command of homogenisation, microfluidics, extrusion, TFF and characterisation (DLS, zeta, HPLC)
A builder who can lead, mentor and ship
Build the platform from the ground up. Competitive compensation.
