Our financial services client is seeking a Senior SAP CRM & Account Origination Techno-Functional Analyst to design and optimize CRM workflows using SAP CRM and AO modules in the banking domain. This role leads CRM configuration, integration, and technical delivery across sales, service, and account origination processes in the financial sector.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with SAP CRM functional configuration and One Order Framework
• Hands‑on expertise with Account Origination (AO) workflows and financial domain processes
• Solid proficiency integrating SAP CRM with Salesforce or similar platforms
• Experience conducting SIT/UAT testing and documenting technical and functional designs
• Proven delivery of CRM solutions in banking or lending environments

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HELOC, mortgage, and retail lending operations
• Experience with SAP HANA data models or S/4HANA migration
