Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach to sales candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
Perform 15-20 minute phone screens assessing sales aptitude, communication skills, and cultural fit
Shortlist qualified candidates and schedule interviews with US-based hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate notes and ensure pipeline hygiene
