Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise, scalable revenue operations for direct, indirect, or online channels
• Lead and develop a team of revenue operations analysts
• Drive Sales Engagement, Training, CRM, CPQ, Analytics, and Commissions
• Instrument, measure, and improve policies and processes across the revenue operations spectrum
• Deliver metrics and reporting on pipeline, velocity, sales productivity, and renewals
• Use data to manage territories, channels, and implement actionable change with executive management
• Oversee sales technology and drive automation and process improvements
• Lead the introduction of new products, pricing, packaging, and bundling
• Drive data quality through order processing, training, and documentation
• Own the commission plan, including goal setting and evaluation
